You are always in a state of creating. These law of attraction techniques will allow you to become a conscious manifestor and take control of your reality.

Whether you are new to the law of attraction or if you have been living as a conscious creator of your reality for some time now, we all can improve learn new things. These law of attraction techniques can be used whether this is your first time consciously manifesting or if you are just exploring new ways or alternatives for your current methods.

How did you discover the law of attraction?

Manifestation techniques can be applicable to all but, at the same time, we all have our individualized strengths and weaknesses. When you find a technique that feels right, keep going with that!

If the way you work with the law of attraction doesn’t seem to be working anymore, or just isn’t the right fit, perhaps it is time to try something new.

These 13 law of attraction techniques are not the only way to consciously manifest your desires, they are just a few! There is no limit to the techniques you try.

What Is The Law Of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is the belief that your thoughts and actions bring experiences of a similar vibration into your existence. Positive and good feeling thoughts will bring positive experiences, while negative thoughts will bring negative experiences into your life. These beliefs are based on the idea that thoughts are energy and that like attracts like.

What you focus on, you will attract. The thoughts and actions you focus your energy on will become apart of your reality. Your current experience, your reality, is a vibrational match to you.

Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. . . . It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.

Ever notice how bad things seem to happen when you are in a bad mood? The opposite is true as well – all these amazing things happen when you are having the most fabulous of days.

Law of Attraction Techniques

Once you learn about the law of attraction, you realize you have the right to choose.

You can choose to think differently and to focus on different things. Understanding what feels good and therefore making the choice to experience more of those better feeling things, becomes easier because you understand that you have the ability to control your reality and your perception of the world you experience.

The ability to choose and to feel empowered in this choice may not come easy for everyone. We must also release and let go of what blocks us, what burdens us, and the stories we carry around with ourselves. We must believe we have this choice to make.

The law of attraction is simple.
Ask. Believe. Receive.

While it may be simple, it is not always easy. But are the things in like we truly love and desire ever easy? It will take practice and work to become a conscious manifestor but I believe in you.

Believe in you.

There are many different techniques you can try to start utilizing the law of attraction in your life. This is not an extensive list but hopefully, one that will get you started on the road to living your dream life.

These law of attraction techniques are in no particular order – read through them all and pick ones that make sense for you and your life circumstances.

Setting Intention

Asking the universe for what you want is such a powerful tool that is often overlooked. Simply setting the intention for what it is that you desire can have such a large impact on your life.

I like to implement this at 2 very specific times – before I go to bed and immediately upon waking up.

It is shown that these two times, before bed and when you first wake up, are the best times for imprinting your intentions onto your subconscious mind.

Before bed, I always set the intention that I will wake up refreshed, happy, and energized.
When I wake up, I always set the intention that today will be a productive day and that I will take the actions needed to reach my dreams.

You can be more specific on your intentions than these, but I find these two intentions lay the groundwork for reaching my goals, no matter what they are.

Try setting an intention before you go to bed tonight.

Ask The Universe For What You Want, Not What You Don’t Want

Our thoughts are always putting requests out to the universe. Our actions can reinforce those thoughts and help bring about positive or negative experiences.

When you notice yourself focusing on that which you do not want, try and redirect your thoughts to something that you do want.

Every day, with practice, we can become more deliberate about what we are thinking and how we are feeling.

Mirror Technique

Look in the mirror and tell yourself something positive, amazing, and uplifiing about yourself.

This is a great way to work with affirmations. Being able to look yourself in the eyes and tell yourself these affirmations is a way to connect deeper within yourself – ever heard the expression “the eyes are the window to the soul”?

Louise Hay’s book Mirror Work, is a great resource if you want to learn more about this technique.

Believe That You WIll Get What You Desire

If you knew that you could get what you desire, without a doubt, what would you do? What would the actions be that would start you down the path to bliss that you so desire.

Everyday, focus on believing that you will get what you want. Focus on taking aligned action to prepare yourself for when your desire is right in front of you.

Many people will have limiting beliefs and blockages that prevent them from believing that they will get get what they desire. Do not let this hold you back. Instead, observe your thoughts and listen to the story that you are telling yourself. Only when you begin to realize the story that you are telling yourself, can you begin to take control and start re-writing that story.

Once you start believing that you are capable of receiving that dream, taking action becomes easier.

Channelling Your Energies

There are different energy centers within and around the body. You can learn to work with these energy centers and harness an inner strength which will allow you to connect your manifestations on a deeper level.

Activate your energy centers through breathwork.
Draw that energy up towards your third eye and then out of the third eye through visualization or other manifestation techniques.

Practice Feeling The Emotions Of What You Want

Ok, I get it… this sounds cheesy, doesn’t it? Practice feeling emotions?

But it is amazing now much of an impact this little law of attraction technique can have on your manifestations.

Think about what it is that you are desiring and imagine that it is already in your life and apart of your daily experience – be it love, health, financial freedom, whatever…

How does it feel to have what you desire?

Focus on those positive emotions – love, joy, peace. These emotions will help imprint the memory of having this desire in your experience upon your subconscious mind.

This is one of the simplest way to be a vibrational match for what you are manifesting.

A Cheque From The Bank Of The Universe

Are you looking for financial wealth and money to come into your life? Focus on prosperity and abundance by writing yourself a cheque from the universe.

There are many different options for these cheques, just search google for a design that you like. Print it out, fill it out for yourself and the amount of money that you desire to manifest in the near future.

Keep that cheque in your wallet or somewhere visible in your home.

Remember to be thankful and truly believe that that money is on its way.

Clearing Old Energies

Have you ever heard the saying “fill your cup”. Well, what happens when your cup is already full?

When your cup is full, stop pouring.

Sometimes, ours metaphorical cups are filled. Most of the time, its not full of what we are wanting. In order for this space to be filled with what we desire, we have to let go of blockages and limiting beliefs.

If you are holding onto old energy, old limiting beliefs – it is hard to let new things to come in.

This video is about exploring your shadow self. An exploration into shadow work may help you understand what the energies are that are filling your cup.

Scripting

Scripting is a law of attraction technique where you write down what you want and desire.

When scripting, you want to write as if what you desire as if you already have it. Write about the emotions and how great it feels to have that which you desire.

It felt amazing to wake up beside the love of my life this morning. We shared a passionate kiss before I headed downstairs to brew our morning coffee. I love being able to spend so much quality time together…

While you can type this, there is something magical about using a pen and paper. Doing this triggers a mind-muscle connection and helps to imprint the manifestation into your subconscious.

Remember to script with clarity and focus on the emotions, feeling, and your why while you are wanting to manifest.

Visualization

Visualization may be one of the most recommended manifestation techniques because it can be so powerful.

Creating an image in your mind’s eye of the desired manifestation allows you to connect with the desire on a deeper level. Focus on how it feels as you visualize your desire. Try and incorporate your other senses as well – can you smell your partners cologne or feel the sense of ease as you know that financial freedom is on its way.

Visualize your manifestation.

Exist in the manifestation – don’t just be an observer.

Feel as if you have it right now. Activate all of your senses and then trust in the process and know that the universe is working to bring you everything you desire.

Quantum Jumping

There are many different quantum jumping techniques.

We are connected with everything – we are multidimensional beings living in parallel universes. We are living in the future and the past all at the same time. Time is not linear.

One of my favourite quantum jumping exercise uses two glasses/cups, sticky notes, and some water.

With your sticky note, label one glass with your current reality. Keep it simple – if you are single and wanting to manifest love, then write “single” on this note. If you are broke, write that. Pour some water into this glass.

On the second glass, attach a sticky note with your desired reality. “In a relationship with an amazing person” or “financially free” might be words or phrases that resonate with you. Use words that resonate with you and align with your dream life.

The next step is to focus on your current reality and give yourself permission to let go of the blocks holding you here. As you do this, pour the water into the second cup and shift your focus onto the reality you want. The reality with the dream relationship, financial freedom, or whatever else you might possible want. Hold this glass, now filled with water, and allow yourself to feel what it is like to exist within that reality.

Direct your energy into the water and then drink the water – absorbing that energy into your human body.

Aligned Action

You do not attract what you desire; you attract what you are.

Align your actions, thoughts, and beliefs to live the life that you desire. Complaining about the lack of what you desire will not creating abundance.

One must be love to attract love.

You must exist in a vibration of wealth if that is what you want.

If you want to be wealthy, what kind of habits would you have? You do not have to go out and spend thousands of dollars to be in an abundant state of being. You can see the resources and assets around you, no matter their monetary value, and feel the vibration of wealth.

By feeling grateful for all that you have, you can begin to change your story to one where you already exist in a state of wealth.

Preparing yourself to live in alignment with what your dream reality is by preparing for it now.

Give What You Want To Receive

Sounds easy, right? If you give what you want, you are existing in the energy of that which you desire. When we give that which we want to receive, we are opening ourselves up to the opportunity to receive it.

If you want to attract money, be willing to allow money to go out.
If you want to attract love, be willing to put love out.

You can’t put stipulations on these things. Not giving love until you receive it first will not bring love into your life. Saying you won’t give love until you receive it, or limiting the exchange of love (ie. being only friends), when what you want is love is creating resistance.

Once you are willing to give it, you then open yourself up to the power to receive it.

Withholding that which you desire is putting up resistance.

You need to put out what you want – if you plant lemons, you cannot expect apples to grow.
